Work & Learn work-based training mechatronics

One of the BBL courses available at VDL is the Mechatronics course. As a BBL Mechatronics apprentice, you have many opportunities at VDL. For example, you can work on packaging machines, machines for the food industry or complex machines for the high-tech chip industry. A challenging, versatile course for anyone who loves tinkering!

In the BBL Mechatronics course you will learn everything about control technology, electrical engineering and mechanics. How are machines put together? How do you perform maintenance and repairs? And how do you efficiently reassemble machines? In addition to these skills, you will also learn:

• Knowledge about the materials you will be working with
• Knowledge about assembling mechatronic products
• Reading technical drawings
• Knowledge about working safely
• Assembling, checking and testing industrial systems
• Checking and assembling components in electrical installations and systems
• Installing electrical wiring
• Performing maintenance on products and machines
